With the order number and a picture of the product attached, along with writing the reason for the return.

After receiving your message, and making sure that you are eligible for an exchange or return, we will send a bill of lading to your email or WhatsApp, and all you have to do:

Print the policy, attach it to the shipment, and deliver it to the nearest office of the shipping company.

Important points that you should know to avoid rejection of the recovery request:

The return request must be sent within 3 days from the date the request was received.
The item must be in its original form and without any changes (unassembled and in its original packaging).
Upon receiving the product, we will verify its condition, and then return the value of the commodity within a maximum of 15 working days, according to the source of your credit card. In the event that the above points are not adhered to, the return process is rejected.
In the event of receipt (damaged and/or invalid item, wrong item), we will replace the product for you with the same specifications and size or cover the value of the return shipping fee and refund the full value of the item to you.
On-demand printing products are not subject to the return and exchange policy at all.
